Massage at home
In the mood for a massage in the comfort of your own home? That is possible! I bring a massage table, soft towels, and a heater to warm up the high-quality Sjankara oil.
Milo massage

The Milo massage is a relaxing body massage based on Swedish massage and inspired by various training courses I completed and the massages I received and gave. This ensures deep relaxation, reduces muscle tension, and calms the mind. After the massage, you feel lighter and more balanced.
Shiatsu

Shiatsu literally means finger pressure, given that ‘shi’ stands for ‘finger’ and ‘atsu’ for ‘pressure’. It is a form of treatment in which primarily the thumbs, fingers, and palms are used to apply pressure to the body. The goal of shiatsu is to stimulate the body’s self-regenerating capacity. At the first appointment, I provide the general treatment. It is best to wear loose-fitting clothing.
Sportmassage

Sports massage is a firm massage primarily focused on the muscles with the aim of improving blood circulation and removing waste products from the body more quickly. As a result, it aids the body in recovery after exercise, and injuries will heal faster. This also offers benefits in preparation for a sporting activity. Sports massage is not only beneficial for athletes to undergo before or after exercising, but for anyone who occasionally suffers from, for example, a stiff neck and/or shoulders, or simply after a busy workday.
Lomi lomi samudra

In the Lomi Lomi Samudra massage, the forearms are primarily used for the massage. This massage originates from Hawaii. Lomi is the Hawaiian term for massage and means rubbing; the word is doubled because this makes the meaning several times stronger. ‘Samudra’ stands for ‘the coming together of waters’, or the ‘ocean’. Within this massage, this is translated into flowing and rhythmic movements that are reminiscent of the calm waves of an ocean.
